個人情報の保護について
株式会社 GAORA（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報の大切さを深く認識し、その保護に取り組むことが放送分野の一翼を担う事業者としての重要な責務であると考えています。弊社はこのための基本方針を以下のとおり定めて公表し、全社への徹底を図るとともに関係する各種事業者、業界団体、行政機関等とも協力し、お客様の信頼を得られるよう個人情報の保護に努めてまいります。
- 個人情報の保護に関する法令その他の規範（「放送受信者等の個人情報の保護に関する指針（平成16年総務省告示第696号）」など）を遵守いたします。
- 管理責任者と必要な規程を定めて個人情報の保護体制を確立し、全従業員の教育・研修に努めます。
- 個人情報は、利用目的を明確にして、取得元又はその取得方法をできる限り具体的に明記した上で、適正な手段により取得し、正確かつ最新の内容に保って利用するように努めます。また、お客様の同意を得た範囲を超えて、個人情報を利用したり第三者に提供したりすることはいたしません。
- 不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏えい等を防止するための合理的な安全対策を講じます。なお、個人情報を取り扱う業務の委託先は、適切な基準を定めて選定し、委託する事務の内容を明らかにする等、委託処理の透明化に努め、安全を保つよう監督してまいります。
- 個人情報の取り扱いに関するお客様からの各種ご請求やご苦情に対しては、窓口と手続きを定めて迅速かつ誠実に対応いたします。また、ご本人から求めがあった場合には、ダイレクトメールの発送停止等、自主的に当該本人が識別される保有個人データの利用の停止又は消去に応じます。
- お客様の個人情報を保存する期間は、必要･最短の範囲に定め、終了後は確実に消去・廃棄いたします。
- 万一、個人情報の漏えい等の事故が起こった場合は、該当する方々に速やかに通知し、事実関係と再発防止策を公表するとともに、同内容を総務大臣および認定個人情報保護団体へ報告いたします。
- 弊社の個人情報保護体制は、安全管理等の実施状況やシステム技術、社会動向等の変化に対応し、継続的に改善いたします。
個人情報の取扱いに関する請求について
ドラゴンゲート・ネットワークは、保有するデータベースに保管されるお客様のメールアドレスについて、お客様から所定の方法にて、利用停止、または消去に関するご請求を頂いた場合、請求された方がご本人であることを確認の上で、次のとおり対応致します。

以下のメールアドレスにご請求下さい。
※ご請求頂きましたら平日3日以内にご返信致しますので、事前に「@dragongate.live」からのメールを受信できるよう設定をしてください。
ご請求内容に従い、お客様が指定されたメールアドレスについて利用を停止し、ご希望の場合は消去致します。
なお、利用停止または消去により、それまでご利用可能だったサービスの提供ができなくなります。

Privacy Policy
GAORA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ”we,” or ”us”) deeply recognizes the importance of personal information and beleives that protecting it is an important responsibility for us as an operator that plays a part in the broadcasting field. We have established and publicized the basic policy for this purpose as follows, and we are working to ensure thoroughness throughout the company and cooperate with various business operators, industry organizations, and administrative organizations to protect personal information so that we can gain the trust of our customers.
- We shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related lawsand regulations (ex: Ministry of Internal Affairs Public Notice No. 696 of 2004).
- We shall establish the control system for protecting Personal Information and promotes the education of its directors, corporate auditors, and employees so that the company regulations are fully observed.
- We shall obtain personal information through appropriate methods and only use those information within the purpose of use that are clearly stated in advance. We promise that such personal information acquired according to the rule mentioned above will not be applied beyond the purpose of use or disclose (offer) to a third party without customer's agreement.
- We shall formulate suitable safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering and leaking of personal information. When we are required to deliver personal information held by us to any of our business partners, we will designate appropriate entrusted institution and endeavor to make the commissioning process transparent by clarifying the contentsof work to be entrusted, and supervise it to keep its safety.
- Any concerns or complaints concerning the handling of personal information will be treated seriously and confidentially and responded to promptly. In the event that any customer whose Personal Information is held by us wishes us to suspend, or cease our use or limit the purpose of the use (ex: to stop sending direct mails, etc.) of those information or to delete the information, we will, without delay.
- We determine the period for storing customer's Personal information within the necessary and shortest range, and Personal information that it is no longer necessary to retain will be disposed of or deleted in a secure, without delay.
- In the unlikely event that an accident such as leakage of personal information occurs, the relevant customers will be notified promptly, the facts and measures to prevent recurrence will be announced, and the same will be reported to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications and authorized personal information protection organizations.
- Our personal information protection system will be continuously improved in response to changes in the implementation status of safety management, system technology, and social trends.
Requests Regarding the Handling of Personal Information
If DRAGONGATE NETWORK receives a request from a customer, submitted in the manner specified, for suspension of use or deletion of the customer’s E-mail address/addresses stored in the database held by DRAGONGATE NETWORK, the request will be handled as follows, after first confirming that the request is from the individual to whom the email address relates.

Please send the request to us by E-mail to the address below.
※We will respond to your request within 3 weekdays. In order for us to respond by E-mail ("@dragongate.live"), please check your E-mail settings in advance to receive E-mail from us with the above E-mail domain name.
In accordance with the submitted request, the use of the E-mail address/addresses designated by the customer will be suspended, and the E-mail address/addresses deleted when desired.
However, please note that upon the suspension of use or deletion of the customer’s E-mail address in accordance with the request, customers shall not be provided with services that they had utilized before such request.
