Due to the renewal of DRAGONGATE NETWORK's billing system, we have decided to partially change the billing period for monthly fees.

Change details

For customers who currently pay with a credit card, the card will be charged the following month after using the service. However, from April 2024, your card will be charged at the beginning of the month you use the service. Due to this change, your card will be charged in the month you use the service.

Please note that customers who pay their monthly fees using payment methods other than credit cards are not affected.

Impact on customers paying by credit card

• Starting with April 2024 billing, service usage fees will, in principle, be billed in the month in which the service is used. The timing of payment to your credit card company varies depending on the credit card company you use.
• Due to this change, only in April 2024, payments for March 2024 according to the previous billing period and payments for April 2024 according to the new billing period will occur at the same time. Please pay attention to the card usage limit.

• April 2024 → Billed in April 2024
• May 2024 → Billed in May 2024

この度、「ドラゴンゲート・ネットワーク」の課金システムリニューアルに伴って月額料金の請求時期を一部変更することとなりました。

変更内容

現在のクレジットカードでお支払いのお客様にはサービスご利用の翌月にカードへの請求させていただいておりますが、2024年4月よりサービスご利用月の上旬にカードへの請求と変更させていただきます。
この変更により、サービスご利用月にカードへの請求となります。

なお、クレジットカード以外のお支払い方法に月額料金をお支払いのお客様への影響はございません。

クレジットカードでお支払いのお客様への影響

• 2024年4月の請求より、原則としてサービスのご利用料金はサービスご利用月に請求されます。
• 今回の変更に伴って2024年4月に限り、従前の請求時期による2024年3月分のお支払いと新しい請求時期による2024年4月分のお支払いが同時に発生します。
  カードご利用枠にご注意ください。

• 2024年2月分→2024年3月に請求
• 2024年3月分→2024年4月に請求
• 2024年4月分→2024年4月に請求
• 2024年5月分→2024年5月に請求
